Blair has been honored with the Center for Health Design’s Nightingale Product Design award for best healthcare product eight times. Principle Engineer

Steve Stieglitz

Steve never settled on what he wanted to do for a career. The world is too interesting to choose just one. As a lifelong grain farmer he has marveled at the wonder of germinating seeds and growing plants. As an engineer, he has developed the philosophy that machines should be designed to enhance the power of God’s creation - not fight it. As a business owner he has learned to experience his customer’s challenges before trying to solve them. And as a minister of the Christian gospel he has found that eternal things are the most important (all folk bear the Imago Dei). What an amazing world!

Principle Design Engineer

Joel Alberda

Joel has been developing contract furniture products for over three decades — primarily in the role of Senior Design Engineer. In that time he has served on teams that have launched more than 50 product lines.

Joel and his wife Peggy have two grown children and two exceptional grandchildren. When not working Joel enjoys time with his family, woodworking (especially woodturning), reading, writing and exploring the natural world.

Bookworm

Tanya Spangler

Whether she’s balancing them or reading them, Tanya loves a good book. For more than 25 years, she has been helping businesses and individuals manage their finances. She loves it, she can’t help it – it’s just how she’s made up. Her and her husband enjoy following their kids around their various activities and supporting them however they can. She has her pilot’s license, reading through Wiersbe’s Commentary, gardens, and loves to travel with her family.
